Please review these terms and conditions governing the commissioning, production, and delivery of BlackBee Fashion items.
01.Agreement & Made-to-Order Model
By placing an order on the BlackBee Fashion platform or through authorized channels, you enter into a binding agreement. BlackBee Fashion operates on a strictly made-to-order production model. Each item is hand-built after confirmation of your order and deposit.
02.Payment & Deposit Structure
We accept payments through Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, and verified payment gateways. A 50% deposit is mandatory to initiate workshop cutting and assembly. The balance 50% is required prior to final dispatch and delivery.
03.Production & Shipping Timelines
Standard artisanal production requires 7 to 14 business days. Courier transit takes an additional 1 to 2 business days nationwide. While we strive to meet all projected estimates, artisanal handcrafting may occasionally experience minor delays due to material curing or finishing standards.
04.Returns, Exchanges & Defect Guarantee
Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing misjudgments, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., sole detachment or severe stitching flaw), clients must notify us within 3 days of delivery for an exact replacement under our Return & Exchange Policy.
05.Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, branding marks, and text presented on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of BlackBee Fashion. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
06.Governing Law & Inquiries
