Each pair of slides is constructed upon order. Here is how your footwear progresses from our workshop to your doorstep.
The Made-to-Order Process
Because your slides are crafted specifically for you, they require time to perfect. We do not store mass-produced inventory; every pair is built with individual care.
It takes 7–14 business days to build, perfect, and finish your slides in our workshop. During this time, our artisans are cutting, stitching, and assembling your footwear to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.
Once your order is completed and has passed our final quality check, it is dispatched for courier shipping which takes an additional 1–2 business days to arrive nationwide.
Live Dispatch Tracking
As soon as your slides leave our workshop, you will receive a direct message via WhatsApp / SMS / Email containing your active tracking number.
Pre-Orders & Batch Releases
Sometimes we open pre-orders for highly anticipated designs or restocks. Placing a pre-order secures your pair in the next scheduled production batch. Delivery timelines for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the specific product page.
