Policies & Care Guide
Explore our pricing transparency, made-to-order protocols, slide preservation routines, and customer support channels.
Pricing & Packaging
Our pricing is a direct reflection of our uncompromising standards. The cost of our slides is rooted entirely in the premium materials we source and the meticulous craftsmanship required to construct them by hand.
Signature Luxury Packaging
Every pair arrives in our signature premium packaging, which is seamlessly included in the price you see. We do not charge extra for the standard luxury unboxing experience.
Bespoke / Corporate Gifting
However, if you require bespoke or custom packaging for special gifting or corporate orders, we are happy to accommodate this. Custom packaging is quoted and discussed separately prior to production.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit Cards. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, and the remaining 50% is due before your slides are shipped.
Our Made-to-Order Process
We operate on a strictly made-to-order basis. This means your slides are not sitting on a shelf; they are crafted specifically for you the moment you place your order.
Pre-Orders & Batch Production
Sometimes we open pre-orders for highly anticipated designs or restocks. Placing a pre-order secures your pair in the next production batch. Delivery timelines for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the product page.
Slide Care & Maintenance
Quality slides are an everyday luxury. To keep them looking pristine and ensure they last, a little care goes a long way.
1. Protect the Material
If your slides feature leather, suede, or velvet straps, apply a protective spray before your first wear to guard against stains and water damage.
2. Keep Footbed Clean
The footbed absorbs the most wear. To clean, wipe gently with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid soaking the material. Let them air dry completely.
3. Air Them Out
Slides absorb moisture from your feet throughout the day. After wearing them, allow them to air out in a well-ventilated space before storing them away.
4. Proper Storage
Store your slides in the provided dust bags to prevent dust accumulation and protect the straps from being scuffed. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
5. If They Get Wet
Pat them dry immediately with a soft towel and allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Never use a hair dryer or place them near a radiator, as intense heat can warp the sole and ruin the upper materials.
